    2020 Favourites

Instead of thinking about how gloomy and awful 2020 was, there were good things I watched, listened to, read, and enjoyed (most of which was due to having extra time for these things and there was nothing else to do!). Here are those things from 2020. Film I watched 96 U.K. 2020 film releases during 2020. Not many of those were in the cinema for obvious reasons. It was a weird year for film. Weekend away I went away for a few days to celebrate my birthday to the Cotswolds, which was everything I needed this month. To get away from the same four walls and breathe in air…

    September Favourites

Another quick month. Don’t quite remember how I felt during it. It got colder, darker earlier, all the while I was doing the same old things I’ve been doing most of the year: watching things, staying home, scrolling online. I will need to make sure I spend October prioritising my mental health, because I can slowly feel myself getting into a slump. Here is what I liked: Once Said… videos I don’t know if this trend is still happening, but for a week I was really laughing at the ‘X once said…’ videos on Twitter. I love the Succession Tom Wambsgans once said, The Umbrella Academy Diego Hargreeves Once Said ones…
